Contract Services Maintenance Department, were appointed by Café Nero Delaney’s in Belfast, to reface their Cafe front sign fascia in readiness, for the original signage to be re-installed.

Our works included the erection of permit granted scaffolding, followed by the unsecure and deteriorating existing fascia being removed safely disposed of. New water tight fascia was then installed, decorated, and sealed within a tight time frame, ensuring minimal to distribution to trade.
